Jon Langevad set up his first restaurant in 1966 at the age of 18, and since then has owned another 6 in Melbourne. He has also worked in executive roles in many iconic restaurants and hospitality venues as well as a holding Director positions at both public and private hospitals, owning a recruitment and management consulting group specialising in productivity optimisation for international companies both in Australia and abroad.
Ulla Hiltula has worked in hospitality since 1975. She has also worked in banking and tourism, spending 13 years in Falls Creek Ski Resort, in various roles including managing ski lodges and working in public relations for the resort. She also worked as the State Manager for a tourism association and since 1999 has been co-owner in 3 Melbourne restaurants.
